| With the continuous development of science and technology,blockchain technology is also keeping pace with The Times,and is widely used in all aspects,especially in the context of supply chain management.As one of the most important links in supply chain management,procurement management plays a decisive role in improving the overall efficiency of the supply chain.How to use blockchain technology to help the development of procurement management has become a widely studied content by many scholars.This paper uses the feasibility of KANO model to analyze the necessity and influencing factors of introducing blockchain technology in procurement management.It is demonstrated that blockchain technology can effectively overcome the "bullwhip effect" in the procurement management process,and reconstructs the procurement management information sharing method under blockchain technology.Second,the use of blockchain technology enables business decisions in the procurement process.It specifically includes optimizing the traditional procurement management system,optimizing the design of the procurement process,optimizing the control of the procurement cost and optimizing the supplier management.Through the ABC classification method and the Karajack matrix,we analyze the importance of different materials and the risk degree of supply from multiple angles and dimensions,and optimize the procurement strategy.Finally,the quality situation related to Z dairy companies is analyzed,using block chain timestamp technology implements the raw milk traceability,the optimized management strategy and the actual situation of Z dairy company,put forward the supplier classification certification management,diversified milk,strengthen milk farmers quality and cooperation consciousness and standardize raw material standarand process management and a series of measures,while improving the efficiency of purchasing and fully ensure the quality and safety of milk products. |
