Research On Traceability Information Storage Of Dairy Products Based On Blockchain Technology

In recent years,with the continuous development of blockchain technology and people’s increasing attention to food safety,more and more researches on traceability based on blockchain technology have been made.Reliable traceability research on dairy products in Inner Mongolia can not only ensure the healthy diet of consumers,but also promote the development of ethnic specialties。Storing all traceability data in the blockchain ensures that the traceability information cannot be edited,but there are two problems: First,each participating node needs to store a complete ledger.With the operation of the blockchain system,the storage pressure of the node will increase,which will eventually lead to a decrease in the operating efficiency of the blockchain system;Second,if the traceability data before the chain is wrong,it will be meaningless to guarantee that it cannot be edited.This thesis improves the storage scheme of traceability information for the above problems.First,write the smart contract of each production link in combination with the logic in the actual production process,and eliminate as much as possible the entry of wrong traceability information due to Io T equipment failure and human interference;Secondly,the source of traceability data is still collected by Io T devices,and the collected data is first detected and judged by the smart contract deployed in the blockchain.The data that does not pass the judgment will be rejected to be uploaded to the chain,and the data that passes the judgment will be processed by the xxhash32 digest algorithm deployed in the smart contract into 8 hexadecimal hash values and stored in the blockchain.Finally,the information displayed by the consumer when querying the traceability information is provided by the database.If the consumer has doubts about the query result,the query system will also use the xxhash32 algorithm to hash the traceability information to obtain the hash value D1,and then obtain the hash value D1 through the index.Corresponding to the hash value D2 stored in the blockchain,when D1=D2,it indicates that the traceability information is correct and can be obtained,and when D1≠D2,it means that there is a problem with the traceability information.This thesis by using an improved traceability information storage scheme,a research on traceability storage of dairy products in Inner Mongolia is carried out.On the premise of ensuring the reliability of traceability information,it not only reduces the storage of wrong dairy product traceability information,but also reduces the storage pressure of participating nodes.Through this program,consumers can inquire about all traceability information of dairy products from raw materials to dining tables,which improves the credibility of dairy products and provides a prerequisite for their widespread popularity across the country.
