Research On Blockchain-based Cold Chain Logistics Traceability System For Dairy Products

With the steady growth of China’s economy,people’s living standards and consumption patterns are changing,and the demand for fresh,low-temperature dairy products is increasing,and dairy products have become one of the indispensable consumer goods in people’s daily lives.The production supply chain of fresh dairy products is long,and cold chain transportation is required throughout the process,and traditional cold chain transportation of dairy products has problems such as centralized data storage,low reliability,easy tampering,and difficult location of responsible persons.Based on blockchain technology and cold chain logistics traceability,this study aims to solve the existing problems and pain points of cold chain logistics traceability in the dairy industry and adopts the method of combining theory and practice,comprehensively applying blockchain technology and Internet of Things underlying perception technology,and analyzing the key traceability information involved in the cold chain logistics process of the dairy industry,including farms,dairy processing enterprises,logistics companies,and sales units.Based on this traceability information and Hyperledger Fabric architecture,the overall architecture and transaction process of the traceability system are designed,private transaction channels are designed for the private data between different dairy enterprises,and the competitive transaction data is isolated on the ledger,forming a complete dairy cold chain logistics traceability scheme.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the dairy cold chain logistics traceability system,the Hyperledger Fabric platform is used to realize the dairy cold chain logistics traceability system.Compared with the traditional traceability scheme,the dairy cold chain logistics traceability system constructed in this paper can ensure the quality and safety of dairy products,improve consumers’ right to know and choose,and improve people’s sense of gain,happiness,and security.On the other hand,it can optimize the logistics process,promote the standardization and transparency of dairy production,and promote the transformation of the dairy industry to higher quality and efficiency.
