In EPC general contracting projects,material procurement accounts for about 60%-70%of the total project cost.Therefore,the importance of material procurement management is self-evident.Through reading literature and actual project inspections,we found that the current EPC project material procurement management There are many problems.For example,first,if the inspection of the suppliers before cooperation is not in place,it will cause information asymmetry.The construction party cannot really understand the actual situation of the suppliers,whether they can supply goods on schedule,and whether they can support the supply of goods in funds.And so on,it causes a lot of risks,which affects the progress of the project,and then causes losses to the project;Second,there are many engineering materials,quality problems are more difficult to control,it is difficult to know the source of the materials,and the quality of the materials cannot be guaranteed.Qualification has an immeasurable impact on the project.Third,the suppliers have a strong sense of competition,and both seek to maximize their own interests,while ignoring the problems of win-win cooperation,which may lead to loss of both sides and so on.Affected the efficiency of material procurement management,and then affected the progress of the project.In view of the various problems in the procurement management of the above EPC projects,this article attempts to verify whether the consensus,distributed,and coded characteristics of blockchain thinking can be used to solve the current problems in the procurement management of EPC projects.Therefore,this article takes the EPC project material procurement management research under the blockchain thinking as the subject of research.There are six chapters in this article,the main contents are as follows:1.First,according to the research of experts and scholars on the procurement management of EPC projects,find new directions that have not yet been studied,and then according to the characteristics of the latest technology hotspot blockchain technology,take the blockchain thinking as the breakthrough point for the EPC project Material procurement management is researched,trying to verify whether the characteristics of blockchain thinking can be applied to solve the problems existing in the current EPC project material procurement management.2.Secondly,according to the current status of EPC project material procurement management,it is found that there are problems such as information asymmetry,difficult control of material quality,and black-box operation in the bidding process.It is integrated with the blockchain thinking,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to build a block The index system of EPC project material procurement management based on chain thinking.Third,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the material procurement management of actual cases with the indicator system of blockchain thinking to judge whether the blockchain thinking can be applied to the material procurement management of EPC projects.4.Finally,based on the above evaluation,it is concluded that the blockchain thinking can indeed be used to solve the current EPC project material procurement management problems,and to improve all aspects of material procurement management,thereby enhancing the benefits of the project.
