The Design And Implementation Of Procurement Management Based On ERP System

ChengDu Aviation Corporation is one of AVIC’s defense and civil aviationequipment models manufacturing units, which is a large state-owned enterprises. Itundertake various types of military aircraft, exports of machine production,development and testing tasks, to undertake international civil aviation equipmentmanufacturers outsource production orders, annually. In recent years, in response tosurging international and regional situation, adapting to the international military andcivilian aviation market rapidly changing, the company continued to introduce newproduction management concepts, including enterprise supply chain management, leanmanufacturing, product comprehensive support, product lifecycle management whichare applied into to the daily production activities.Deployment of an ERP system helps to further build sophisticated manufacturing,advanced manufacturing systems, improving the business environment and the internalmarket operates small external environment, improve production efficiency, enhanceoverall competitiveness. The core of this thesis, product procurement managementsubsystem is an important part in the ERP environment, is an important part ofenterprise production and supply chain management in connection with sales,production, and at the same time, comprehensive planning, warehousing and inventoryfunctions.The work of this thesis includes the following points: the production andmanagement of business processes, analysis of the procurement management systemuser requirements, the system is divided into basic data management, purchasing planmanagement, purchase order management, purchasing goods, procurement accountsmanagement module. Each module of the data flow diagram (DFD) analysis and E-Rmodeling, the data exchange between the various functional departments of the type,content and mode to B\S mode architecture; the ERP procurement system, realized thecross platform, cross regional operation. Design of software and hardware system ofcollaborative execution environment; introduces the outline design, system databaselogical design, physical design process. The MySQL5.4, the design of the data tableand data field. In J2EE enterprise development standard as the platform, using Struts2,Spring, Hibernate to realize the system bottom support platform; introduces the procurement plan, procurement for BOM material list information maintenance,procurement and settlement as an example this thesis introduces the design andimplementation details, including data flow, processing time and core data, the last partof user interaction interface system is given; using JUnit test automation framework ofunit testing, introduces the principle of JUnit test, core components and itsimplementation method, using JMeter for system testing, the testing process, concurrentsimulated users access, the response speed of the system test. The deployment of thesituation, this thesis design and realize the product procurement system has certainpracticability.
