Design And Implementation Of Procurement Management System For Yuli National Tax Bureau

The wide application of information technology brings the opportunities and challenges of management of all walks of life.Using information technology to change the existing model of production and management become a generally recognized for people's point of view.The dissertation design and implement procurement management system according to the problems of daily procurement management and the actual requirement of Yuli national tax bureau procurement management.The procurement management system is guided and complemented under the idea of object-oriented.It adopts the method of object-oriented to complete the process of design and implementation of system.Through the field survey and visiting,it determines the requirements of users.The dissertation completes use case modeling for system function requirement.According to the requirements proposed by users,it designs the system.The system is designed to seven modules including login management,proposal formulating,procurement audit,procurement task management,entrust procurement,protocol procurement and system management.It designs functions of each module in detail and analyzes active flow of partial functions.It completes E-R modeling and designs table of system database.It expounds the structure of partial tables.The system is developed using B/S three tiers architecture.It uses JAVA programing technology and SQL Server 2008 database.In the procedure of system development,it uses MVC frame and realizes the independence for presentation layer and business logical layer.It introduces system partial function implementation method.The dissertation tests functions and performance of system.The results of system testing demonstrate functions of system are correct and effective.It can support 300 concurrent usersThe system is run over a period of time in Yuli national tax bureau.Through the feedback opinions of the user's the system has the characteristic of easy operation and comprehensive function.It meets the actual requirement of user's bitterly.
