ERP is the abbreviation of enterprise resource planning, which can make the company’s three major flows, that is logistics, capital flow, information flow for the full integration of the control. It will plan procurement, inventory, production, sales, financial and other resources of the company by the computer to integrate all resources of enterprise management. And then ultimately make business management from extensive to fine transformation, So as to continuously improve the enterprises’ innovation and the scientific nature of decision-making, and promote the continuous improvement of enterprise system construction, to achieve the purpose of adapting to the development of the company. Enterprises will take the road of the integration of information and industrialization to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.This paper focuses on ERP project implementation Qian’an Sanyuan Foods Co., discussion, ERP will be served as a tool to solve the problem of external competition and internal control this enterprise facing with. It is also able to play a reference role for other dairy enterprises to implement ERP.In this paper, the characteristics of ERP related technology are introduced, and the requirements of EPR system are analyzed, including the overall demand, the specific needs of the distribution system, the detailed design and testing of the system. Based on the requirement analysis, the system architecture and function architecture are introduced, and the process design and setting of each functional module are described in detail. Finally, In order to prove the value of ERP to the company, this paper will have a assessment to the implementation and effect of ERP in Qian’an three Yuan Food Co., Ltd.At present, the implementation of the project has reached the expected results of the enterprise. In December 2014, each department within the enterprise will began to operate in the formal environment. The successful implementation of ERP effectively ensures the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of enterprise data, and provides more valuable reference data for the enterprise decision makers.
