The era of digital economy has arrived.Combined with the social environment of the postepidemic era,digital transformation has become an important means of economic model and business model.Due to the rapid development of social development and industrial electrical intelligence,the global industrial electrical distribution industry market has been growing steadily with the increase of demand for industrial electrical products.At the same time,the impact of the epidemic has also made it necessary for enterprises to enter the digital transformation under the background of the digital economy era.At the present stage,the digital transformation level of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is still relatively low,the application level of advanced digital technology is not high,and the value of data information still has great mining potential.It is not plain sailing for enterprises to realize digital transformation,most of the successful cases of digital transformation in our country are still in a minority.Successful digital transformation requires that the management and all employees of the enterprise have been equipped with the transformation ideas or transformation preparation for digital transformation.Digital transformation also needs to go hand in hand with corporate development strategies.In this paper,the digital transformation of L company as the research object,for the digital transformation of L company as an actual case,conducting research,analysis summed up the practical background of L company transformation,and then through interviews and analysis of problems,such as reason,found that:(1)L company’s existing business system is more,lead to enterprise staff and leadership from volume;(2)The lack of information training system leads to the lack of employees’ knowledge about the use of the system and affects the normal operation of the business;(3)The mismatch of organizational structure among business systems leads to the difficulty of organizational structure adjustment of information systems;(4)Lack of customer risk control mechanism,resulting in the company’s bad debt,overdue collection ratio increased;(5)Data cannot be shared between the company’s information systems,and business data resource utilization is low in the actual operation and management of enterprises.Planning and designing digital solutions for existing problems,through the introduction of collaborative work concept,data governance to realize the construction of the enterprise’s digital office,formulate a set of digital transformation implementation path in line with L company--digital office.Realize the digital transformation of L company and the end-to-end integrated management of front office marketing business and back office functions.This paper summarizes the problems encountered in the process of enterprise digital transformation,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
