| Under the background of digital transformation,"promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of industry" has been paid more and more attention at the national level.In particular,since the outbreak of COVID-19,the " Implement cloud services,Promote digital application and intelligent transformation " initiative has promoted artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other emerging technologies to empower various industries.At the same time,the gradual popularization of online recruitment system puts forward new requirements for the digitization and intelligence of online recruitment system,and provides massive data support.The digital transformation and intelligent transformation in the field of job hunting and recruitment has become the general trend.At present,the application of intelligent methods in all links of job hunting and recruitment is constantly explored and promoted.However,it can not be ignored that the current development of intelligent applications is not perfect,and the relevant legal norms and industry standards are not sound.It is easy to hide many problems such as data abuse,data security and algorithm discrimination,which endangers the harmony and justice of the job search and recruitment process,and has aroused the attention and discussion of many experts and scholars in the field of social sciences and natural sciences.In order to fully understand the practical application and problem risks of intelligent methods in the field of job hunting and recruitment,and put forward corresponding development and governance suggestions,this paper has carried out the following research:Firstly,the LDA theme model is used for theme mining to identify the hot spots of public opinion on the application of intelligent job hunting and recruitment in news information,and summarize according to the four dimensions of the overall application,application categories and principles,application risks and problems,as well as the response suggestions put forward for job seekers and colleges and universities.In terms of application categories and principles,it focuses on the specific principles of applications such as resume intelligent evaluation and screening,intelligent talent evaluation,question and answer robot and AI interview;In terms of application risks and problems,it focuses on the causes and hazards of algorithm discrimination,algorithm black box and unexplainability,privacy and information security.Secondly,based on the results of theme mining,a questionnaire survey is carried out on the actual experience and feelings of job seekers using intelligent job recruitment application in the job search process.It can be found that,generally speaking,most job seekers are more willing to try intelligent job recruitment applications,but their initiative is not strong,and they have doubts about the accuracy,impartiality,scientificity and security of intelligent job recruitment applications.More or less problems and defects have been found in the actual use of various applications.On this basis,it summarizes the relevant application development suggestions: at the technical and design level,optimize the existing intelligent recruitment application,and pay attention to the development of intelligent job application.At the application level,the intelligent application should be organically combined with the form of manual recruitment.At the level of supervision and specification,we’d better establish corresponding supervision system and standards and specifications.Finally,according to the risks that have been or may be brought by the application of intelligent methods involved in topic mining and questionnaire research in the field of job seekers’ recruitment,the following suggestions are offered: at the level of technology development,we ought to enhance the prevention and control of technology development risks,optimize the structure of technology developers and carry out long-term technology tracking.At the level of law and industry self-discipline,we should proceed from corresponding applications and problems,formulate special laws and regulations,perfect the legal system,and establish industry self-discipline supervision institutions to enhance industry self-discipline.At the educational level,we ought to improve the ethics and responsibility consciousness of developers,and improve the technology application and risk aversion ability of technology users. |
