Abstract/Summary:
Aiming at the practical industrial problems of the increasing informatization of the production workshop,this paper uses Android,wireless communication and other technologies to build an industrial production management and control system based on Android.The system includes physical layer,information layer and system layer architecture,which realizes the real-time monitoring of the running state of workshop equipment by the mobile terminal,and completes the statistics and storage of data.The physical layer of the production management and control system consists of OMRON intermediate relay,DC relay and other devices to form a signal acquisition module,which can realize the data acquisition of factory equipment,improve the coverage of equipment information acquisition,and solve the problems of old equipment,many types and complex signal acquisition methods in the production workshop.STC89C52 is used as the main control chip,and the n RF24l01+ module is used to complete the many to one data transmission,and the collected data is uploaded to the One NET cloud platform through the ESP8266Wi-Fi module to complete the remote data transmission between the lower computer and the cloud platform.Finally,the mobile terminal obtains real-time data through the cloud platform,so as to realize the information interaction between "terminal-platform-application".The information layer is built by using the Android development management and control platform,in which the system is based on the c/s architecture,and has built modules such as user login,device management,data query,order scheduling,etc.Finally,in order to build the system layer of workshop management,using the equipment state data collected by this system,the simulation experiment is carried out through Plant Simulation to analyze and optimize the equipment utilization rate and improve the workshop production efficiency.
