The company is mainly engaged in the production and processing of steam turbine blades, has developed into a certain scale of production and processing capacity of enterprises, the annual processing of industrial steam turbine blades more than 15 pieces.Turbine blade processing enterprises project as a case study, complete theoretical description of the production management system, needs analysis.system design and concrete realization of the work. The system is set suitable for medium-sized manufacturing enterprises management System. The main functions of the system are as follows:(1) Database management of basic data for enterprises.(2) Information management of enterprise's production process.(3) Accurate and efficient calculation of the workload of workers.(4) Provide a variety of statistical data, to provide decision-making basis for management.This Research work on the following:(1) In-depth understanding of the current status of the development of processing industry, identifying problems encountered in the production process, and researching knowledge involved in system building.(2) In the system analysis stage, structured analysis and object-oriented analysis method combined to describle the system procedure, such as functional and non functional requirements.
