Design And Optimization Of Workshop Monitoring Client Based On Android

In recent years,with the railway industry continuing to develop,the train manufacturing industry is also in development and innovation,how to administrate the workshop scientifically and intelligently has become the primary goal pursued by business managers.As for the workshop management system,the workshop monitoring is the key of the effective management of the workshop.Managers hope to achieve comprehensive and real-time monitoring of the whole production process in the workshop,and according to the real-time production,make a reasonable scheduling and arrangements for the corresponding production tasks.However,in the existing monitoring system,there is no better solution to solve the problems above.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to find a workshop monitoring system which can realize real-time and scientific monitoring.Based on the problems above,this article presents to design a workshop monitoring client based on Android,and makes it realized.It can achieve real-time monitoring of the train production workshop,and use the optimization model to schedule the production tasks in the workshop to obtain the optimal production arrangements,improve the efficiency of the train production workshop,and achieve maximum economic efficiency of enterprises.Start from the background and significance of the research on monitoring client,this article analyzes the development status of the workshop monitoring and management at home and abroad,and function demand of the workshop monitoring client,in the aspect of the client development,use the Android platform as development platform of the client,display the dynamic information in the workshop by real-time communication with the server,and use nested layout to improve aesthetic and diversity of the client interface.For the scheduling optimization in train workshop,construct workshop scheduling model,use minimum production cycle as optimization objective and solve the model with genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal path of the train production.At the same time,the client also provides staff and equipment management in the workshop and other auxiliary functions in order to improve the production and management efficiency of the workshop.The design of the workshop monitoring client based on Android satisfies the real-time performance of the train production workshop monitoring,makes the dynamic information of the workshop production communicated to the departments in time,and provides reasonable scheduling for the managers.Not only can it improve the workshop production efficiency,and promote the production of various departments between the coordination and cooperation,but also to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises,has a good application prospects.
