Aiming at the low identifiability, weak traceability, bad real-time dynamic characteristic, low control accuracy, and so on, firstly, by analyzing the hardware architecture and communication requirement of Monitoring and controlling in workshop, a network architecture based on Profibus and Industrial Ethernet technology is described. Secondly, on the base of deep analysis and research of the functional requirement of real-time resource tracking in workshop, the idea of real-time resource tracking based on status codes is proposed, and the status codes of manufacturing resources are built and controlled. Then, considering the great quantity of production data, the complexity of production process, the great difficulty of control and the low reliability of control strategy, the association rule of historical production data is analyzed by data mining technology in this paper, the association rule of process quality in production process is provided by regarding the real-time production data of semi-manufactured goods as data source, and predicts process quality for semi-manufactured goods using association rule, and then realizes accurate control of the production process for high quality production by changing prediction conditions. At last, the conceptual model, function model, database model, and network topological structure of hardware and network architecture model for an instance are constructed,and Fieldbus-based Monitoring and controlling system of workshop is built.
