Production line is currently the critical factor to determine the productivity of ChiLiDaCompany and for this reason the company needs a toolkit to collect the dynamic information on its manufacturing process and its potential bottlenecks.This thesis presents the works on the vehicle production line operation monitoring system development by applying the methods and techniques of software engineering,based on the enterprise's demands.In combination with the company's operation requirements in assemble production,the thesis discusses the development works with respects to function analysis,software design and programming implementation.The system's main functions and design scheme are established through investigation and evaluation and presented in the thesis.In the aspect of functional requirements this thesis determines the main functions in the system in accordance with the sophisticate techniques in manufacturing monitoring,including the basic information management,equipment operation status monitoring and the production line monitoring functions.For each functional requirement its specific sub-functions and data process principles are discussed together with its related use case model established.In the aspect of software design,this thesis constructs the software architecture and the related detailed design scheme,including main object data structures,database models,representative algorithm processing procedures and some example database table internal structures.In the aspect of implementation,this system runs on the platform of Windows Server operation system on the server side and representative C++ programs are described,followed by some actual operation examples and test cases.This production line operating state monitoring system has been finished with test and has undergone the initial probation and evaluation on its feasibility and efficiency.As a result it reaches the expected objectives with active conclusions particularly in the aspect of recognizing the operational bottlenecksand failures of the production line,providingstrongsupportsto improve the manufacturing process' s reliability and productivity.
