300,000 Tons Of Synthetic Ammonia Plant. Kyrgyzstan Fertilizer Plant Production Management System

In recent years, CMS (Control Integrated Management System) has become the development trend for petrol chemical enterprise to improve their producer's efficiency and management level . This paper uses JILIN Chemical Fertilizer Factory as an example, discusses some techniques about developing a CIMS from theory and practice two sides.In this thesis , we adopt mutilayer distributed way to develop the system , and HP Server called process data server is used as database server and application program server. Delphi5.0 is used for collection , storing and applying the real time data. The industrial computers exchange real-time data with DCS ( Distributed Control System ) Oracle database through OLE-DB, then store them in SQL SERVER database for MIS ( Management Information System ) and get the configure information from DCS' real queues.This management system mainly realizes manufacturing running , equipment maintaining and securing functioning etc. the key business between the different departments in the factory ; adopts advanced management , counting , analyse methods to optimize manufacturing flow, reduceconsuming ; provide some important data for the different levels leader's to make decisions to improve manufacturing efficiency.This system includes: material management sub-system,security supervision sub-system, financial managementsub-system, comprehensive consulting sub-system.
