Research On Optimization Of Financial Sharing Center Of Group A

Under the background of rapid iterative renewal of information technology,Chinese group enterprises have established financial sharing service centers.After the establishment,how to reduce costs,how to play the function of Financial Sharing and improve decision-making efficiency,rather than become a mechanized bookkeeping tool.These problems are of great concern to enterprises.This thesis uses the literature research method and the actual investigation method to study the optimization problem of the Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)of Group A.Understand the current situation of FSSC by learning and analyzing literature.On this basis,discover the shortcomings of previous research and avoid the repetition of research content.Through the actual investigation method,understand the current organization and management structure of the FSSC of Group A,financial business process,and module content.Through interviews with the financial staff of Group A,collected the problems in the operation of FSSC of Group A and the optimization plan.The thesis takes the FSSC of Group A as the research content,then analyzed the data and information obtained through actual investigation to describe the problems encountered in the operation of the FSSC of Group A.Through research,this thesis found the following five main problems:1.not closely connected with the business level,2.low level financial information system,3.frequent personnel turnover,4.upgrade process issues,5.incomplete performance appraisal.Then described the optimization plan and the effect after implementing the relevant optimization plan.Finally,this thesis give further optimization suggestions based on the unresolved problems of Group A.There are three aspects of optimization suggestions: 1.The FSSC adopts flexible thinking operation,2.Enhance the value of financial data to support corporate financial analysis and decision-making,3.Transform the FSSC to a profit center.Through the description of the problem-solving method of Group A’s FSSC,hope to provide ideas for other enterprises.
