Study On Financial Shared Service Center Setting Up Of J Company

With the development of technology and communication,resources can be easily reconfigured in the word and the competition between companies is increasingly fierce.More and more companies realize that the rule of the competition is changing.If we want to gain the competitive business advantage,we must continue to innovate and optimize our management mode.Also the management mode of our financial department needs to keep pace with the times.Now in the world,advanced and efficient financial management is the foundation of the corporation's sustainable development.The financial shared service,driven by the information technology and business innovation,is an important study topic which not only has the theoretical significance but also has the practical significance.In the process of writing,we first study on the domestic and overseas related literature about the shared services and financial shared services,then take the multinational enterprises and large companies at home and abroad as research objects and take four of them as cases to analyze.At last,this paper takes J company as the research object,expounds financial management of J company and the problems faced by the enterprise management before the implementation of the financial shared services.Meanwhile,the paper lists the risks the company would be facing while using this shared mode,and works out the strategy to void these problems.Then this paper summarizes the meaning of using financial shared services of J company,based on that,it emphasis the key element of how to construct the financial shared services,including feasibility analysis,position,location,key process reengineering,reorganization and responsibility.At last the paper formulates the employees' development plan from the point of long development of both J company and the employees.Most of the domestic studies of the financial shared services are mainly concentrated in the large state-owned companies and well-known high-tech enterprises,such as ZTE,Huawei,Ping an and so on.In this paper,we study a middle-size integration equipment manufacturer in the communication industry and learn how to strengthen the business management of the branches by controlling the risk of financial management.With this study,it proves that the financial shared services mode is not only suitable for large companies,but also suitable for medium-sized enterprises.And this study of the financial shared service mode would benefit some middle-size companies for further improvement of their financial management.
