Research On The Construction Of SC Group Financial Shared Service Center Based On Blockchain

With the development of global economic integration,problems such as high risk of data security and complicated approval process in financial shared service centers of group enterprises have gradually become prominent,which limit the long-term development of enterprises.However,the rise of blockchain,with its characteristics of decentralization and tamper-proof,provides a new direction for the future development of financial shared service center.Therefore,building a new financial shared mode based on blockchain can effectively improve the defects of financial shared service center and improve its work efficiency to a certain extent.Meanwhile,the construction of "multichain" financial shared architecture within and outside the group based on blockchain is conducive to the establishment of integrated business process management mode,and the realization of reasonable and effective alocation of enterprise financial information resources,so as to help enterprises realize the real integration of industry and finance.This thesis took SC group as the research object,designed the financial shared service center structure and key business processes based on the blockchain.Meanwhile put forward reasonable suggestions for the group to implement blockchain financial shared mode.Specifically,this thesis first expounded the related concepts and theoretical basis of blockchain and financial shared service center,and then analyzed the feasibility of the combination SC group financial shared service center with blockchain,which provided a theoretical basis for the following architecture and process design of blockchain financial shared service center.Secondly,based on the underlying technology,categories and characteristics of the blockchain,this thesis constructed the underlying architecture,system architecture and multi-chain architecture of the SC group financial shared service center.Meanwhile,relying on the blockchain financial shared model of SC group,this thesis designed the integrated process of the group accounting,reimbursement,fund receipt and payment and the internal audit supervision process,and analyzed the expected implementation effect.Finally,based on the architecture and process design of SC group blockchain financial shared service center,the implementation suggestions and safeguard measures were further proposed.
