Application Of Financial Sharing Service Center Information System In Large Retail Enterprises

Along with the quick development of global economy,since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,China has entered into its expressway of all-round development.As time flies,over the turbulent period of more than 40 years,many large-scale enterprises have emerged continuously in China.As the quick development of all industries has changed people's life quickly,the industrial competition among enterprises also becomes fiercer,and there is even cross-industry multipolar competition.The competition among large-scale retail enterprises is particularly fierce,therefore,how to realize the efficient control,low-cost operation,and the standardized and normalized operation of enterprises has become one of the top concerns of enterprises nowadays.However,all of these are inseparable from financial management of enterprises.With a national retail enterprise as the example,this paper studies on the development process of financial management.According to its actual situations in production and operation process,as well as the data and resources accumulated by the enterprise in multiple years,based on its existing systems,the financial informatization transformation is realized by using computer technology under the guidance of software engineering concept.In accordance with the design concept of financial shared service,through design and development of an electronic accounting system as well as the integration of existing image management system,capital management system,electronic archives management system and ERP financial management system,this financial shared service information system has been finally set up.This paper has mainly completed the following tasks:1.With respect to the poor timeliness of physical flow of business notes,and the inconvenience of reimbursement resulting from the access and offshore processing of original notes,based on the B/S(browser/server)structure,it designs and develops an electronic accounting system based on the three-layer MVC(model/view/control)structure,realizes the functional modules including note preparation,note approval,financial treatment,statements query and basic data etc.By using the electronic accounting system,it improves the reimbursement process and solves problems like the time-consuming remote review process,thus enhancing the financial management capability of the enterprise.2.With respect to the efficiency requirement of enterprise for financial management as well as its demand for overall information control,a financial shared service information system is designed to integrate all existing systems.The system realizes the integration of electronic accounting system,capital management system,image management system,electronic archives system,electronic reimbursement system and ERP financial management system,and improves the coherence and effectiveness of internal information treatment of the enterprise.
