A Study On Efficiency Optimization Of Financial Shared Service Center For A Software Corporation

With the continuous advancement of science and technology,cross-border exchanges and communication have become more convenient.Traditional financial departments are gradually unable to meet the financial management needs of multinational companies.As a new type of financial management model,the Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)is gradually replacing the traditional financial department.However,FSSC is still in the development stage in china.When faced with massive amounts of data and huge workloads,due to lack of efficient working methods,FSSC has gradually become a financial processing machine,unable to play the role of financial strategic command.This article takes the daily work of A software company’s FSSC as the starting point,and finds out the root cause of its inefficiency through 5WHY analysis.By cooperating with other departments to find out the optimization plan of the problem,combined with lean management,improve the work efficiency of the FSSC in their company.As an employee of the FSSC department,the author actively participated in the whole process of formulating and implementing the efficiency optimization scheme.During the whole rectification process,many lean management ideas were applied,such as cooperating with other departments for skills training,software optimization,job rotation mechanisms,etc.The optimization schemes proposed in this article have been implemented and proved to be effective.
