As the economy and society continue to develop,the scale of group enterprises is also expanding,and the geographical characteristics of cross-region and cross-country are showing,which makes the control of enterprises more difficult and the operation cost higher,thus financial shared services are created.At the same time,along with the support of national policies,more and more enterprises are starting to establish financial shared service centers.A number of issues have also emerged during the operation of the Financial Shared Service Centre that need to be optimized.This paper is based on a review of domestic and international literature and relevant theoretical studies.Based on a review of domestic and international literature and relevant theoretical research,this paper adopts a case study approach to investigate the business processes of Company Z’s financial shared service center.First,the background of the establishment of the financial sharing center in Company Z was introduced,followed by the current status of the four key business processes of expense reimbursement,purchase payable,sales receivable and fund management in the sharing center.Secondly,an indepth analysis of these four key business processes revealed that the expense reimbursement business process had problems such as inadequate budget control and staff picking orders to review,the procurement payable and sales receivable business processes were inefficient,and the funds management business process lacked tracking and evaluation links for budget execution.At the same time,the reasons for these problems were analyzed.Then,based on the principles and objectives of optimization,the four major business processes were optimized according to the problems of the business processes of the financial shared service center of company Z.For example,enhance budget management in the expense reimbursement business process,add a fund budget tracking link in the fund management business process,etc.Finally,in order to ensure that the business process optimization programmer can be successfully implemented,implementation and assurance measures are proposed for the shared service center business process optimization programmer.In the specific implementation,the project team is formed,the priorities and difficulties that may be encountered in the implementation are clearly defined in advance,and the implementation is carried out in accordance with scientific and rational steps.At the same time,the three aspects of improving the institutional system,enhancing the quality of human resources and gaining the support of the management provide guarantees for the successful implementation of the business optimization process programmer.Business process optimization in a financial sharing center is not set in stone.In this paper,we hope that the optimization of the business processes of the financial sharing center of Company Z can provide some guidance and reference to improve the quality and level of its business processes.It is also hoped that it can provide some reference value for the business process optimization of other companies’ financial shared service centers. |
