| With the continuous development of economic globalization,as market leader in the multinational companies face pressure of competition is also increasing,in order to face the market competition,large multinational companies are expanding their scale,the scale of the enterprise on the basis of the original expands,gradually expand their business scope and business areas,set up branch offices around the world,more and more in the implementation Strategic transformation But this leads to increased cost of enterprise.Also for the financial management more difficult,multinationals can by increasing the scale to enhance their competitiveness,but also face a lot of operating risk,so a lot of multinational companies choose Financial Shared Services as a new financial management model to avoid operation risk.Financial Sharing Service is a transformation of traditional financial management,which is different from the traditional financial management mode.In this thesis,the method of combining theory and case is used to study the financial sharing service of multinational corporations through the analysis of C company.C company has four production bases in the world at present,five large after-sale service center,and more than 2000 after-sales service points,in order to achieve efficient operation management,C company financial Shared services center,built on a series of progress at the same time,there is need to improve,so how to further optimize is a focus in the study of this article.Firstly,this thesis expounds the context and meaning of financial shared service center,introduces relevant research methods and theories.Secondly,taking C company as an example,this thesis introduces the current operation status of its financial sharing service center,and analyzes the deficiencies and reasons of its successful experience.Thirdly,a series of optimization schemes are put forward,and the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of these schemes are pointed out.Through the study of this thesis,it is concluded that the optimization of financial shared service center needs to be on the premise of adequate safeguards: strengthen the management function by optimizing the organizational structure;Improve standardization and convenience of business processes through continuous business process re engineering;To solve the problem of personnel management by establishing perfect training mechanism and personnel training plan;Through the transformation of the information system to ensure the security and continuous optimization of process processing,this thesis hopes that the research conclusion can have a certain guiding role in the continuous optimum proposal of Company C’s Financial Shared Service Centre,which I also hope will offer a valuable reference for other multinational enterprises in China. |
