Research On Sitting Up A Financial Share Service Center For A Multinational Corporation

Recently,As long as the success of different foreign trade policies,more and more multinational corporations choose to do business and reform in China in order to realize their globalized and scaled strategies.Amount all the methods,establishing a FSSC(Financial Share Serves Center)is generally one effect way to improve financial management structure of multinational corporation.To have a more stable development in Chinese capital market,after several expansion,A Multinational Corporation is facing problem of higher financial managing cost and difficulty of harder inside financial management.Thus,it is urgent to set up a FSSC for A Multinational Corporation to lower its managing cost,increase its management efficiency and gain stronger competitive advantages.For multinational corporations.FSSC is an effect way to renew a corporation's management model.Through advanced informational systems and flattening manage method,FSSC helps A Multinational Corporation rebuild its financial working process,gather all repeating and time-cost accounting businesses into an independent standardized platform to solve the problems of low information exchanging efficiency,financial business disunity,financial cost increasing due to the fast expansion speed in all subsections.This paper applies literature analysis,diagram analysis and case study three methods to analyze the framework of setting up a FSSC for A Multinational Corporation.At first,the paper uses relative theories of financial share and analyzes the current development situation as the thesis background,helps design the workflow of FSSC combining current operation stage and financial problems of A Multinational Corporation.Then,divided FSSC into four part including account payable business?account receivable business?expense reimbursement business and general ledger account business,detailed accounting business and organizational structure of A Multinational Corporation's FSSC are designed,accompanied with the advises to help FSSC work effectively in later chapter.Finally,the paper draws a conclusion and puts up some suggestions for those multinational corporation who also want to set up FSSC in China,wishes to provide litter help for them.
