Continuous Quality Improvement Management System Research And Development

In the ISO9000 Standard Family 2000, Quality Continuing Improvement has been confirmed to be one of the eight quality control principles. Quality Continuing Improvement System is an indispensable part of the Enterprise Quality System. Based on the research of the foundation of the Quality Control System, the Management mode of Quality Improvement and the PDCA method, this paper designs and develops the Quality Continuing Improvement System for the NanFang Motor Co.Ltd. The primary content of this paper list as follow:1. On the based of the analysis of the concept of Quality Continuing Improvement, the characteristic of Quality Control System, the procedure of system foundation, utilizing PDCA method, the Quality improvement flow has been brought forward in the paper.2. Through the Data Pipe based Integrating technology and the storage procedure based tracking technology, the structure and system flow of Quality Continuing Improvement have been dealt with.3. The function model and the information model of the Quality Improving System have been developed. Finally, The Quality Improving System of the NanFang Motor Co.Ltd has been designed and developed.
