| With the development of information technology and the vigorous application of the game entertainment industry on this basis,the online game industry has become a very popular cultural and entertainment creative industry,meeting the people’s further entertainment needs.However,the rapid development of online games urgently needs reasonable project management methods to guide and improve,and strengthen the progress management of online game research and development projects,It includes developing project schedule and positive and correct organizational measures in a scientific way,using professional and reasonable means and tools to ensure that the project runs as planned,dynamically monitors and corrects deviations in the implementation process,and achieves the characteristics of schedule adaptability of the project process,high quality requirements of project products,and controllable cost budget.Online game projects are different from traditional IT projects.Innovative design is particularly important in online games,and technology updates and iterations are fast and professional division of labor is refined.In software development projects,each module has a clear division of labor and full cooperation.Project management plays a lot of roles in it.Compared with the traditional software industry,game projects need more field cooperation and have higher requirements for project management.R&D projects are characterized by high logic complexity,many innovations,diverse types of work,complex personnel communication,frequent demand changes,and tight time for version tasks.Many factors are likely to lead to the uncontrolled progress of project R&D,which will lead to the cost of time delay and the decline of product quality caused by urgent changes.Therefore,in order to ensure that the project progress can be completed on time and quality,The research on game project schedule management is particularly important.At the same time,this is also the problem that the network R&D project of the game R&D company where the author works needs to be optimized.This paper takes the W game project of S Company as the research object,analyzes the research and development background,research and development methods and processes,progress management and other situations of the project,and combines the progress management theory and questionnaire interview data to discuss the progress of the actual project in the company and analyze the reasons.On this basis,it proposes solutions to some problems,formulates the schedule management strategy of S Company’s W game project,reorganizes the project plan,and makes real-time adjustments according to the deviation in the project.Finally,while trying to reach the construction period,cooperate with the buffer zone setting to provide guarantee measures for the smooth progress of the project plan and achieve the final project schedule optimization effect.Some solutions proposed in this paper can also provide corresponding reference for similar projects in the same industry. |
