| With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,more and more companies have actively or passively introduced remote work models,which has sparked more discussions on the impact of remote work on enterprises and individual employees.For enterprises,the main challenge brought by remote office mode is that it does not match the work efficiency assessment system created for traditional office mode,which leads to concerns about the reduction of employee work efficiency and the increase of enterprise costs.On the other hand,after experiencing remote work mode,some employees have developed a strong interest and longing for it,hoping to promote remote work mode instead of just being used for epidemic prevention and control.At the same time,some employees also have significant opinions about some of the problems brought by remote work mode,believing that remote work mode has actually increased their burden.This paper takes the software project development engineer of A bank as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation on the office reasons and current situation of the software project development engineer of A bank.Based on the research on the office characteristics of software project development engineers in A bank,the advantages and problems of remote office mode of software project development engineers in A bank are analyzed.Then,based on the theory of resource conservation,an analysis model is built from the aspects of organizational support,communication between superiors and subordinates,insider perception and work overload,etc.,and the influencing factors of work overload for software project development engineers of Bank A are studied.The research in this paper shows that organizational support negatively affects work overload.On the other hand,insider identity perception plays an obvious mediating role in organizational support and job overload,and communication between superiors and subordinates can positively regulate the mediating role of insider identity perception on job overload.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in telecommuting for software project development engineers of A Bank,from four aspects:organizational support,insider identity perception,superior and subordinate communication and work overload,This paper puts forward four measures to improve the work overload of software project development engineers of A bank by establishing A WBS task splitting system of telecommuting,establishing a comprehensive management system of various communication tools,combining objective management method and big data method,so as to improve the work efficiency of telecommuting software project development engineers of A bank. |
