The Application Of Rich Internet Application And Ajax Technology In Web Office Automation

With the very fast development of present Government Internet project in China, office network with its fast and convenient features becomes more and more important in the work of major enterprises and government institutions. It is different from traditional office work. To use the Internet as a powerful tool in the office network messaging, office network has unparalleled advantages on file and information transfer. It is clear that the office network can substantially reduce the waste of resources in the traditional office network, that a large number of office hours can be saved and the efficiency of the office is improved.On the other hand, due to the frequent transfer of business documents, they are easily sent to error target or rejected in the network environment. This is mainly caused by failed automatic transfer. Both sides of the clients have had a great inconvenience. And the approval process for official documents is also slowed down with the loss of a lot of time and manpower.This article analyzed the current development of the network systems and submitted a practical solution combined with the characteristics of the current office network systems in China' s official institutions. Through a different set of users access to distinguish the applicant and approval, different types of documents can be distributed to different groups. From the beginning of the documents submitted to the approval to the end of the return to the author, every step throughout the course of the approval is auto-completed, either the dismissed, sent back or regranted. All changes are recorded, learnt and managed by the system so the staff does not have to travel to send documents in different areas. In addition, the design of the system in this article using B / S structure, in line with the current government network project proposed by the office "as soon as possible change by the C / S structure to the B / S structure ". To simplify the user, to improve the user experience and to reduce network traffic, in this paper, a large number of Ajax network communication technology and RIA rich client performance and handling technology is used in the design . the two sides of the clients can work in the same platform to establish a friendly exchange of opinions and documents for quick feedback. The approval also can approve it using a variety of UI controls provided by the function of the documents, which is simple, easy to learn.To ensure that users use the system smoothly, it is necessary to realize localization of documents. that is, real-time clients can operate and manage the documents that contains information on mini-database. It is another feature to use of Ajax and RIA technologies is in this paper.To sum up, this article flexibly uses Ajax and RIA technologies to deal with automatic flow of documents and clients privileges. At the same time it makes a detailed explanation with examples of database interaction and management solutions.
