Research And Application Of Mobile Office Technology Based On The Exmobi Middlewar

With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises can do office work online by PC. From previous paper-based office to present online office on PC, both the work capacity and efficiency have been greatly improved. However, with the continuous expansion of the scale and business areas of each enterprise, higher requests for real-time and convenient online office work have been put forward. For instance, many leaders often go for business away from the office while urgent files need to be dealt with immediately. At this time online office on PC will not be able to meet their needs. How can we break the shackles of time and space to establish an information system to use anytime and anywhere, and make managers and business people closely associated with internal affairs of their enterprise? This issue has become the focus of the informationization market.In the field of wireless communications, the coverage area and bandwidth of wireless network have been greatly improved with the popularization of the3G network and gradual maturity of the LTE technology. What is more, Iphone, Android and other mobile devices have been rapidly developed in recent years. Nowadays mobile phone hardware configuration is almost comparable to that of the traditional PC. Doing office work with mobile phones and other mobile devices has become more and more popular among enterprises.Supported by "Shandong high-speed mobile office system project"(simplified as the "Shandong high-speed project" in the following text) we analyzed the requirements and the construction goals of the project considering above demands of enterprises and modern development of mobile Internet communications technology. Three solutions were put forward referring to large amounts of related materials:one was through the way of wap, the second was through the customized client terminal and the third was through the middleware. We analyzed the three solutions according to the practical requirements of Shandong high-speed project, and finally the third option was adopted. We had six-month evaluation after the system was put into effect. The results showed this mobile office system could meet the requirements of mobile online office of the enterprises. Actually the above mobile office system can solve the problems of the mobile office work when the wireless network is good. While the network is not very stable, or even there is simply no wireless network available in some areas, such technology will expose its vulnerable side---it cannot provide online office any longer. In order to solve this problem, we made further research on the technology of offline office of mobile phone, and we gave some screenshots of its using effect after its implementation in another project.The online and offline office technologies of mobile phone both belong to the technology of mobile office on mobile phone. The latter one complements the deficiency of the former well, making the whole technology of mobile office on mobile phone meet the needs of enterprises better, and promoting the development of the mobile informationization.
