Resrarch On The Risk Management Of C Company’s DevOps Platform Project

Most of central government owned enterprises in China choose to build a private cloud as their internal cloud platform,but they often face problems such as agile integration and insufficient supporting capacity of the cloud platform,low level of underlying technical capacity building and the integration of development,operation and maintenance.DevOps is the idea and methodology of realizing continuous integration and deployment of software engineering by using a series of components and technical means,and has been getting applied on the public cloud.But it will have lots of problems when we want to move it from the public cloud to the private cloud.This paper takes the DevOps project of C company as the research object to study the risk management of DevOps product deployment in private cloud environment.In this paper,through the in-depth study and summary of risk management theory,the use of brainstorming,Delphi method DevOps project implementation stage of risk identification,listed all the risk factors.Then,using data method,comparative analysis and other methods to obtain the relevant information,and the use of the analytic hierarchy process on a variety of risk quantitative evaluation,a variety of risk indicators.Then,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In the meantime,risk monitoring is also used to ensure that risk factors are discovered in a timely manner during the implementation of the project.Ultimately ensure the successful implementation of the project,risk management throughout the entire life cycle of the project.On one hand,this paper studies and solves the risk management problems in the implementation of C company’s DevOps platform;on the other hand,it also provides case reference and experience reference for the software deployment of other private cloud platforms of C company and other central government owned enterprises in the implementation of risk management of private cloud platform projects.
