| With the continuous development and changes of society,the Internet is becoming an important factor in promoting the development of human history.The emergence of the Internet has shortened the time for global information transmission,greatly facilitating the daily life and work of ordinary people.which marks that the Internet "Internet plus" is stepping into the era of rapid development,the management mode of traditional industries will be transformed to intelligent management,and the social economy is undergoing the process of transformation from industrial economy to knowledge economy,It is increasingly clear that the real driving force behind economic growth lies.a new round of investment in information upgrading projects will also become inevitable.This article mainly discusses the quality optimization of software products in small and medium-sized enterprises represented by SZ Company.This article introduces the relevant theories of software quality management,which leads to the concept of Dev Ops(Development and Operations,Integration of Development,Operation and Maintenance).Based on the project characteristics of SZ Company,the problems encountered in the product development process are classified and summarized,such as low quality awareness,high rework rate,and non-standard documents.Track the causes of the problems,analyze them from five aspects:personnel,machines,materials,environment,and methods,combining Dev Ops theory and successful case studies at home and abroad;Determine quality improvement goals,i.e.,reduce defect density,shorten lead times,and improve implied requirements.Develop quality control related activities,including unified testing standards,code inspection tools,automated testing,and the introduction of Dev Ops to impro ve the software product development process of SZ Company.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the plan,it is necessary to carry out certain supervision and corresponding institutional safeguards for the implementation process.The organizational support aspect includes business knowledge training for technical personnel,and the technical aspect uses containerized technology for automated deployment to reduce communication costs between departments by building corresponding platforms;Monitor production operations,track problem links,and locate product quality defects as soon as possible.At the system assurance level,quality audits and quality benchmarking activities are carried out to enable coders to clearly recognize the driving effect of product quality improvement on the company’s performance,indirectly providing positive incentives to individual employees. |
