| At the moment when the century-old changes and the century-old epidemic are intertwined,China’s software industry has experienced certain impacts during the epidemic,but it has shown strong adaptability and response speed on the whole.The epidemic has promoted the rapid,stable and sustainable growth of my country’s software companies,It also puts forward high requirements for the business continuity and growth of my country’s software companies.Faced with these new requirements,in addition to optimizing their own software,enterprises also need to strengthen management capabilities to improve delivery rates.In response to ever-changing business needs and technological developments,enterprises have adopted agile methods to optimize R&D management processes.As a practice of agile development,DevOps is also evolving to improve the design,production,release and maintenance of high-quality software for enterprises.solution capabilities.This thesis focuses on proposing,researching and solving problems.First of all,through the internal questionnaire,we found the problems of company A’s DevOps-based project process management,analyzed and summarized the problems,and used the Pareto chart to analyze the proportion of each reason and get the root cause,that is,the lack of effective demand change management process,R&D Incomplete management tools,lack of safety and quality management,and lack of business design document management.Secondly,according to the above-mentioned root causes combined with the R&D characteristics of company A,a solution is put forward,and the process management process area and the test process area in CMMI are tailored,and the DevOps process optimization plan is obtained:introducing demand change management and defect management into the existing process;Integrate DevSecOps tools into the DevOps process to practice security capabilities and improve developers’ security awareness;establish organization-level software development specifications and skills business training systems to help developers quickly grasp the status quo of the project.Finally,the project data before and after the implementation of the optimization scheme is collected for comparative analysis,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme are obtained through the evaluation of the optimization effect data.This article summarizes A company’s product development technology and product development requirements,and conducts an in-depth analysis of CMMI,DevOps,and DevSecOps to help A company improve its DevOps-based project process management process and form a process management that can achieve rapid iterative security delivery The system provides new optimization ideas for enterprises of the same type,and has certain reference value. |
