Research On Software Project Requirements Management Based On DevOps

With the rapid development of technologies such as DevOps,cloud computing,microservices,and containers,customers have become more and more strict with the delivery cycle and quality of software projects.As the basis of software project development,requirements management runs through the entire project development proof cycle.Compared with traditional projects,software development projects have the characteristics of abstraction,complexity and variability.Therefore,the requirements development and management of software development projects appear particularly important.According to research,the lack of proper development and management of project requirements is the main reason for the failure of most software projects at present.According to the relevant theoretical basis of project management and software requirements management,this paper uses literature method,case analysis method,research method and other methods to study the company’s software project requirements management model.Taking the key issues and management methods under demand management as the starting point,the company’s current technology status and enterprise development background are explained,and then stand in the five major categories of collecting demand,analyzing demand,evaluating demand feasibility,demand adjustment and follow-up tracking.Analyzed the aspects,deeply analyzed the shortcomings of the company’s previous demand management methods,and familiarized with the establishment process of the demand analysis model through theoretical research and learning.At the same time,combined with the rational use of modern demand management tools,the five stages of demand management were carried out Optimization and adjustment,and then through the actual case of the CMDB platform project,and determine the implementation of the optimized demand management plan and effect analysis in the project,and finally summarize a set of demand management system suitable for the company’s software research and development,as far as possible Let its development effect and the value of demand management be reflected.The research theory,practice process and research conclusions of project software requirements management in this paper have certain reference significance for the requirements management of other similar enterprise software development.
