Research On The Optimization Of Software Project R&D Process Management Of Y Internet Company

Affected by the COVID-19 and the relatively negative impact of the global economic environment,all walks of life have adjusted their radical business strategies to more conservative business strategies.As an important member of the national economy,the Internet industry is not only facing fierce industry competition,but also facing the problems of how to open up resources and reduce costs,and how to reduce costs and increase efficiency,so that enterprises can develop more healthily and in the long run.Software project R&D is one of the important production activities of Internet enterprises,and the construction and optimization of its process management is one of the important guarantees to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.This paper takes the software project R&D process management of Y Internet Company as the research object,combines the CMMI-DEV model and Scrum agile theory to build and optimize the software project R&D process of Y Company,so as to improve the maturity of enterprise software capability and solve the current situation of poor R&D quality,repetitive construction and low R&D efficiency.This paper first sorts out the existing R&D process of Y Company,and based on the CMMI-DEV and Scrum framework as the theoretical basis,disassembles the existing R&D process,selects the core process for detailed diagnosis and analysis,compares it with the benchmark analysis method,analyzes and diagnoses the project approval process,demand management process,and R&D management process through the ASME model and IDEFO model,and improves and optimizes the problems found,By formulating specific improvement measures to rebuild and optimize the core process,and combining with the actual situation of Y Company,formulate specific implementation steps for the implementation of the R&D process,and implement the core process in a pilot way.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the implementation of the R&D process,the improvement effect of the optimization of the R&D process on the R&D efficiency,R&D quality and repetitive construction is explained.The research content of this paper has important guiding significance for Y Internet Company to realize cost reduction and efficiency increase through the optimization of R&D process,and also provides reference for similar Internet companies to optimize the R&D process of software projects.
