Research On Software Development Process Based On CMMI Model

With the popularization and in-depth application of software products in various fields of ourworld include China,the software and computer industry,which plays a very important strategic role as a strategic emerging industry that the goverment focuses on upgrading.Although the software industry is an industry with great development potential in China,it actually faces many problems and severe challenges.Among them,particularly,the lack of standardization in the software development process is a problem that restricts the large-scale development of the entire software industry.At present,small and medium-sized enterprises account for a large proportion in the whole software industry in China.Furthermore,there are numerous cases of "emphasizing product quality but neglecting process management".In addition,the project team generally lacks the management ability of software development process,but the experience often occupies a large proportion in the whole project management.For this reason,many enterprises also eager to enhance process management by introducing various maturity models.Many enterprises have chosen CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration),which provides an effective guidance and framework for software development process management.Therefore,the project manager can form a set of standard software development process and management system on the basis of numerous services and objectives provided by CMMI,thus effectively solving and avoiding a series of problems such as unstable software development process and uncontrollable development progress of software projects.The purpose of this paper is to take XX software development project of H Company as the object.Above all,it recommends the conviction of project management.Afterwards,it applies the theory of schedule management and quality management.Moreover,it appraises and deliberates the existing problems in software development process management of the company through CMMI model.Eventually,it optimizes the existing problems,thus obtaining the effect of post process enhancement.This can provide practical cases and useful references for domestic software enterprises to choose CMMI model for software development process management.This paper combines theory with practice and pays attention to the effect of practice,above all,it presents the theory of software project process management systematically.Consequently,it uses maturity model to advance the process.Moreover,it discusses the crucial guiding role and outstanding effect of CMMI maturity model in the process of enterprise software development management and advancement.Finally,through describing the current software development status and analyzing the crucial points of process management,it detects a variety of problems in software development management of H Company.After cutting out the key process areas of CMMI,it puts forward a set of software process management standard processes suitable for itself,which enables the project team to meticulously measure the software development process and control the development progress.What's more,it can further stimulates the enterprise's software development.Although the framework model of software process management studied and constructed in this paper has strong pertinence,its theory comes from real practice cases,but it is differ from traditional enterprise practice.Therefore,it plays a momentous role in the research of process management improvement cases for Chinese software companies.
