Under the guidance of the concept of "Internet+",many new business formats have been developed,and various traditional industries are also exploring development forms that combine with "Internet+".Intelligent reform has become a necessary means for many traditional enterprises to transform and upgrade.In the context of new technological innovation such as the Internet of Things,VR,big data,cloud computing,and mobile Internet in my country,the development of the new energy industry has also entered an exciting era of intelligence,and technological innovation and operation management will undergo rapid changes.GW company is committed to helping new energy power generation companies optimize asset performance,improve operational efficiency,and increase power generation revenue,and become the country’s leading new energy digital and intelligent professional service provider.In the field of new energy Internet of things,big data and smart services,Customers provide safe,reliable,professional and high-quality solutions and services.During the development of the company,firstly,in order to improve the quality and reliability of business products,and secondly,the improvement of project management efficiency and the intelligentization of management processes are required,so it began to develop some auxiliary software products and management systems used by internal personnel,the development and maintenance of such software products are in charge of the internal software development project team of the R&D department of GW Company.Due to the particularity of internal software positioning,how to do a good job in project management and resource investment is a problem encountered by many companies.The text introduces the background and significance of the research at first,and then expounds the thinking and method of the research.Then,through the research on software project management,CMMI 2.0 model and other related theories,and collected relevant research literature,learning the existing research results and experience.This paper studies the organizational structure and internal software development status of GW company’s R&D department,and then sorts out and analyzes the existing problems and causes by combining theory with practice.Finally,by comparing the cause of the problem with the CMMI practice domain,we find out the key practice domain and propose an optimization plan.At the same time,based on the background of GW’s software project management and the particularity of internal software development projects,implementation guarantee measures are provided for the designed improvement plan.The research purpose of this paper is not only to improve the management of a certain project,but also to provide some reference for other software projects in the company in optimization of process management.For other companies or project teams with similar background and needs of internal software development,the study will provide a certain degree of guidance and reference value in theory and practice.
