Research On New Energy Vehicle Sales System Project Risk Of Company NT

As a startup company,NT Corporation lacks a complete risk management system.To improve the management quality of the new energy vehicle sales system project and help the company evaluate and sort out existing and future planned projects,this article analyzes and explores the risk management of the sales system project based on software project risk management theory.Firstly,the current status of the sales system project is introduced,and the risk factors of the project are identified using Delphi method in different stages of the project.Secondly,quantitative and qualitative analysis is conducted using AHP hierarchy analysis method to calculate the risk weight values of individual risk factors,and different risk levels are ranked and classified.Finally,risk response plans and management suggestions are proposed for different levels of risks,and potential risks during the development process are monitored and managed,and a risk management model for the sales system is established.Through multi-level analysis of the case project and the construction of a risk management mechanism for such projects,this article provides theoretical support and practical experience for NT Corporation’s similar software project risk management,aiming to help the company better manage project risks.
