Risk Management Of Software Test Project Of Commercial Draft Management System Of Company H

With the banks increasingly taking strengthening information system construction as an important strategic measure to improve their service level and competitiveness,it provides a good development opportunity for financial software service provider Company H.As an important part of the software development life cycle,how to manage the software risk scientifically to ensure the software quality,so as to overcome the problems of software project delay,cost overrun,difficult to meet the user's functional requirements,failure to achieve the expected objectives,and even defects and hidden dangers after being put online,is an important practical issue that Company H needs to solve.In this paper,the application of software testing,project management and risk management related theoretical knowledge,combined with the actual situation of Company H's software testing project,the Commercial Draft management system software testing project risk management is systematically studied.Through the research of related documents of software testing and project risk management,and the analysis of historical data of test influencing factors of bank test project of Company H,combined with the characteristics of Commercial Draft management system test and the necessary conditions of software test,this paper analyzes and summarizes various risk factors involved in software test project.On this basis,using questionnaire survey and expert opinion method for risk identification,a risk indicator system is designed and constructed,which is composed of demand risk,management risk,technical risk and personnel risk and 20 secondary indicators.The weight of each index is determined based on AHP,and the actual situation of each risk index is scored by expert scoring method,and then the project risk is evaluated.The results show that the risk of the Commercial Draft management system software test project of company H belongs to the medium risk level,but the four items are in the high risk level,such as lack of requirements specification,frequent change of requirements,no change record of requirements change and non-standard test flow.According to this,the risk control strategy of the project is formulated and discussed in detail.The research of this paper can provide guidance for Company H to carry out risk management of Commercial Draft management system test project,and also can provide reference for other software test project risk management.
