| Due to the impact of the Co VID-19 corona virus epidemic,HB Group was forced to physically separate the team for remote work,and changed the working method from centralized offline cooperation to remote cooperation,which has a great impact on team communication and collaboration and the initiative of team members,which makes team collaboration extremely difficult,reduces work efficiency and work quality,and even affects the normal operation of the enterprise.In order to ensure the realization of the goal of the Stock Software Phase II Project,this paper has carried out a comprehensive risk management research on the project.The progress and effect of the Stock Software Phase II Project were ensured,and the project was successfully completed.Through the study of domestic and foreign theories and methods of risk management for software engineering projects,I have learned from mature software project risk management models.This paper takes the risk management of the Stock Software Phase II Project of HB Group as an example,through the questionnaire,the company’s current software project development situation was comprehensively sorted out.And use brainstorming method,checklist method,WBS method to analyze the potential risk factors of the project from the aspects of demand,technology,organization,management,safety and quality,etc.,obtain the project risk list,and classify it.After that,use risk RAC and AHP to conduct risk assessment on all the collected risk items,and sort the risk factors according to the assessment results.After summarizing and sorting out the entire list of risk factors,take countermeasures for risk items,and formulate a risk monitoring system to monitor risks in the whole process,and track risk items,so as to know what to do and prevent problems before they occur. |
