| As an important link in the development of modern Internet systems,cloud data centers have become increasingly prominent with significant advantages such as high flexibility,high security,high reliability,and excellent cost performance.However,problems in cloud data center O&M are inevitable,and it is of great realistic significance to conduct risk management research on O&M projects due to their long-term characteristic and security.Based on project risk management theory and methods,this paper researches the methods and procedures of risk management of G Group’s cloud data center O&M project.First,the project risks are identified and subdivided into six major categories,including infrastructure risk,technical risk,human risk,network security risk,business risk,and management risk,and 26 risk factors,including equipment spare parts risk,technical complexity risk,production change operation risk,Internet information leakage risk,business data disaster recovery risk,and inadequate emergency response plan.Secondly,using hierarchical analysis-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do quantitative analysis of risk factors,the whole risk level of the project is acquired,and the risk level of each risk factor is defined,among which there are 3 items belonging to high risk,7 items of medium risk,9 items of low risk,and 7 items of very low risk.Finally,for the risk factors in different levels,we formulate targeted response strategies and propose subsequent risk monitoring measures in the light of the actual project situation.The innovation and contributory points of this paper are:through a comprehensive and effective risk identification,analysis and evaluation of G Group’s cloud data center O&M project,targeted risk response and monitoring measures are proposed,with a view to enriching the research on risk management of cloud data center O&M project and providing reference for risk management of other similar projects. |
