| With the wide application of technologies such as Big Data,Cloud Computing,Artificial Intelligence,5G,and the Internet of Things,the demand for data storage and cloud computing has shown an rapid growth trend,which has promoted the fast expansion of data center scale.As a result,the data center system has also become more complex,the proportion of energy consumption has become more and more prominent,and the operation and maintenance costs are getting higher and higher.It is a very necessary and valuable thing that how to make the data center,which itself is the carrier of big data storage and cloud computing,realize the digitization of operation and maintenance management through the application of big data analysis technology,so as to improve the data center energy efficiency,reduce PUE value,reduce operation and maintenance costs,and contribute to the national “carbon neutral” policy,under the premise of high reliability,high security,and high availability.M data center is a core node and large data center of Tencent Technology Co.,Ltd.For improving the level of operation and maintenance management,M data center used the data center operation and maintenance management system(DCIM)during the construction stage,and realized a certain degree of Informatization and Intellectualization in the operation and maintenance management,but there is still a certain distance from digitalization.In order to enable the M data center to better realize the digitalization of operation and maintenance management,this paper studies the digitalization of M data center operation and maintenance management.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the digitalization problems and causes of the M data center operation and maintenance management,combined with the enterprise digital development theory,this paper designs a set of digital solutions that meet the M data center operation and maintenance management needs.For the sake of ensuring the smooth implementation of the plan,this paper proposes specific safeguard measures from human organization and management system.After the digitalization of M data center operation and maintenance management,the level of operation and maintenance management will be effectively improved,which can not only ensure the safe,reliable,and efficient operation of M data center,but also provide good reference cases and improve the operation and maintenance management level and efficiency for the data center industry. |
