Research On Risk Management Of Enterprise Cloud Data Center Operation And Maintenance Project

With the development of economy and technology,the status of cloud data centers in the development of enterprises has become increasingly important,and the problems in the operation of cloud data centers have also become increasingly prominent.In order to promote problem solving and improve the operational efficiency of cloud data centers,many enterprises have begun to implement cloud data center operation and maintenance project management.Considering the long-term and security needs of cloud data center operations,risk management has become increasingly important.This article focuses on the risks and corresponding risk management of the cloud data center operation and maintenance project of the enterprise.Firstly,the background and characteristics of the cloud data center operation and maintenance project are described,and then,based on the experimental data,the operation and maintenance project orders and other project conditions are compared and judged to generate a comparison matrix.Then analyze the comparison matrix,and study the risk identification and risk assessment in the operation and maintenance project,conduct risk assessment on the cloud data center operation and maintenance project of company A,and generate the risk evaluation index of the company A cloud data center operation and maintenance project.Secondly,by using SWOT situation analysis method and AHP analytic method,comprehensively evaluate the risk of company A's cloud data center operation and maintenance project.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cloud data operation and maintenance project risk factors,several key factors including network operation and maintenance technology,management system,operation and maintenance staffing,database operation and maintenance technology,and software operation and maintenance technology were finally obtained.Focus on key factors to prevent and control,so as to effectively control the risk of operation and maintenance projects.Finally,according to the specific situation of Company A,countermeasures for preventing and controlling each of the key risk factors are proposed.This article takes the cloud data center operation and maintenance project risk management as the core,through the actual case of Company A,evaluates the risks and problems generated by the operation and maintenance project and proposes relevant countermeasures,and provides reference suggestions for the enterprise cloud data management center operation and maintenance project.
