Research On Automatic Operation And Maintenance Management Of A Bank's Cloud Data Center Based On DevOps

Facing the problems and challenges of data center automation operation and maintenance,considering the development trend of IT operation and maintenance,how to speed up and deepen the launch speed and quality of automation operation and maintenance service functions,break the gap between developers and operation and maintenance personnel in the implementation process of automation operation and maintenance management in large cloud data centers and ensure the development speed,quality and operation and maintenance stability of the final operation and maintenance tools to make them enter a virtuous circle is the problem that this paper is trying to solve.We discussed and demonstrated the solution to this problem from the aspects of the theoretical system of data center operation and maintenance management,various standards and industry peer best practices.This paper uses theoretical analysis,problem interpretation,model analysis and other methods to study the requirements,development,testing,operation and maintenance integration implementation model of the automation operation and maintenance DevOps in order to determine the transformation target of it operation and maintenance,establish the service capability framework of automation operation and maintenance,develop the DevOps implementation model,establish the integration operation and maintenance platform and strengthen the security operation and maintenance in the transformation.By analyzing the characteristics and difficulties of automatic operation and maintenance management and operation and maintenance tools construction,drawing lessons from DevOps' s concept of breaking the division of departments and establishing close cooperation as well as the concept of professional division of labor to bring benefits,the organization and function division of the data center have been re-planned,the former passive operation and maintenance effect evaluation and risk control have shifted to proactive predictive effect evaluation and risk control focusing on automatic operation and maintenance data coverage and risk evaluation of service process tools.At the same time,it also considered the transformation of the traditional ordinary operation and maintenance personnel in the data center under the new operation and maintenance mode,the processand thinking of continuous optimization from the subsequent automatic operation and maintenance to the service-oriented and intelligent operation and maintenance.This is of reference value to the construction and implementation of automated operation and maintenance management in other data centers in China especially in the financial industry.
