| The explosion of mobile communication Internet technology has put forward higher requirements for the quality and on-time delivery of bank mobile projects,but there are problems such as project delays,low delivery rate,and difficulty in controlling project progress,which need to be solved in the process of actual project promotion.Compared with traditional projects,bank mobile projects are characterized by multiple systems,focus on user experience,numerous third-party cooperation,complex logic,high security and confidentiality,and strict schedule control,etc.The existing studies on bank mobile project schedule management do not take these characteristics into consideration.The research on bank mobile project schedule management needs to fully consider the characteristics of bank mobile projects,reduce the influence of uncertainties,improve the project delay problem,help banks seize the market and reduce unnecessary losses,and have its research necessity.This paper selects a bank mobile A project as a research case and tries to reveal the construction idea,application process and application effectiveness of the critical chain schedule management model.First,in terms of model construction,this paper identifies the model variables related to the specific case based on the existing research,obtains the critical chain schedule management model applicable to the bank’s mobile A project,and summarizes the general steps of the model application.Secondly,in terms of application process,this paper combines the critical chain-based schedule management method with the current common schedule management method based on CPM/PERT to perform schedule management calculations and obtain schedule management results based on qualitative and quantitative(Monte Carlo simulation)analysis methods.The study shows that in terms of schedule(duration),the project duration of the bank’s mobile project using the critical chain schedule management model is 40 days,which is 20 days less than the planned duration of 60 days,while the project duration of the current common schedule management method based on CPM/PERT is 58 days,and the schedule management effect based on the critical chain is better;in terms of demand change control,the critical chain method is more flexible and In terms of requirement change control,the critical chain method is more flexible and the schedule control is more accurate.This paper summarizes the advantages of critical chain project management through qualitative and quantitative comparisons.The method takes into account the logical relationship of each process,the complexity of the development process,the difficulty of inter-system interfacing,the difficulty of interaction,the efficiency of managers,resource conflicts,etc.The schedule management process is more controllable and effective in solving project process slackness and schedule delays,which can promote on-time project delivery and achieve cost reduction and efficiency of the project.Theoretically,this paper outlines and summarizes the critical chain schedule management model,compares two schedule management methods,CPM/PERT and CCPM,in the context of bank mobile application development,and uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to reveal the advantages of the critical chain method over the current common schedule management methods,enriching the choice of bank project schedule management methods and broadening the application area of critical chain.In practice,this paper provides reference for the selection of schedule management methods,method application and application effectiveness of similar projects,and has positive significance for the project itself,enterprise managers,project managers and the personnel involved. |
