Research On Quality Improvement Of Financial Big Data SAAS Product R&D Process Of Company B

With the booming development of new generation information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence,the financial industry has also been developing rapidly with the support of new technology.Big data technology can efficiently handle the storage and analysis of massive data,and SAAS model has the characteristics of low construction cost,online automatic update and real-time expansion,etc.In the financial field,the integration of big data technology and SAAS has produced financial big data SAAS products,which have the characteristics of accurate and efficient big data technology and low cost,high availability and easy maintenance of SAAS model.It has an obvious role in promoting the growth of financial business.Most business processes in the financial industry involve capital transactions,so the quality of products is very high,and good product quality cannot be achieved without the quality management of the product development process,so the research on the process quality improvement of product development is very valuable.Company B is a financial technology company based on big data and artificial intelligence technology,providing SAAS products for financial institutions to assist financial business.Although Company B has achieved significant growth in performance in recent years,product quality incidents still occur from time to time.This paper mainly introduces the quality improvement research on the product development process of Company B based on the theory of total quality management.Firstly,we draw on the theories in the field of quality management to find the theoretical basis for the quality improvement of the product development process of Company B.Then,we use interviews and questionnaires to summarize the problems of the product development process of Company B,use the cause-effect diagram method to determine the main problems affecting the product quality of Company B,and find the Based on this,a quality improvement plan containing six aspects,such as quality objectives,organizational structure,quality assurance process,and quality metrics,was formed.By implementing the quality improvement program proposed in this study,Company B has achieved significant improvement results.At the end of this paper,the study is summarized and analyzed,and several key factors for the success of quality improvement in product development process are derived,namely,goal-driven,extensive participation,prior control,and continuous improvement.The research results help Company B optimize its product development process and establish a sustainable quality management system that meets the current development status of Company B.It also has some reference and implications for the quality improvement of product development process of similar fintech companies.
