Design And Implementation Of Product Sampling Management System Based On SaaS

Technical supervision and sampling inspection of commodity products quality undertake to supervise commodity products quality, guide the public consumption, as well as protect the national economic development. Therefore, sampling inspection plays a decisive role to inspection results. Products sampling informatization is very significant to improve the efficiency of sampling inspection and realize real-time data share in product sampling inspection. With the expansion of sampling inspection, studying and designing product sampling inspection management system which apply for mobile internet becomes especially essential. This thesis develops SaaS-bases product sampling management system on the basis of analyzing the procedures of product sampling inspection. The main work is as follows:First, this thesis summarizes related technologies in products sampling informatization system, mainly including Android system and its framework, cloud platform SaaS, virtual technology, automatic deployment etc..Then, on the basis of analyzing the main workflow of product sampling inspection, this thesis analyzes the demands of product sampling management system and discusses the system operation environment.Next, the architecture and functional configuration of product sampling management system based on SaaS are designed in this thesis. By using Power Designer as the database designing tool, logical and table structures in product sampling management system database are designed, which enumerate s the process of database’s physical realization.Finally, with Eclipse development platform, the system realizes its system function by JAVA. The thesis also mainly describes database access component and methods to set up data table, analyzes key functions in the system and implementations of class from many examples, as well as discusses the system testing process based on function point method.The successful application of this system will relieve the problems of the troublesome workflow in product sampling and ineffective administration effectively. It will standardize the workflow, reduce the duplication of labor, raise sampling efficiency and promote the accuracy of sampling inspection. The operational results in the system show that it could basically satisfy the needs of standardization and process management for product sampling business in Hunan Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute, fully realize the informatization of complete workflow from product sampling plan-making, address localization for sampling unit, spot sampling and sampling work evaluation, as well as speed up data transfer and promote supervision efficiency.
