Computer aided quality control technology plays an important role in improving product quality and production efficiency.Product quality control information runs through the process of product design,process manufacturing,inspection and test,quality assurance and maintenance service and marketing.The quality data generated involves many information elements,such as product Bill of Material(BOM)structure,manufacturing process parameters,parts assembly constraints,manufacturing and testing equipment,etc.complete quality data can directly reflect the product quality.How to effectively organize and manage various data in the process of quality control,adopt reasonable models and methods to analyze various data in the process of quality control,and apply the analysis results to product design and production is of great significance.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of product quality data in manufacturing industry,such as scattered information,incomplete data,imperfect management,lack of analysis means,etc.,and puts forward the necessity of establishing quality data analysis model.Then it introduces the process of establishing product quality data analysis model by using analytic hierarchy process,including the establishment of quality data classification,product quality data system and quality number According to the analysis method to complete the construction of product quality data analysis model;combined with the actual quality data analysis needs of enterprise users,the information system requirements analysis and system design are carried out,the development of quality data analysis system is completed,and the product quality data management and quality data analysis functions are realized.Finally,the data analysis model and results are verified by the actual data Efficacy.The main achievements are as follows:(1)In this paper,a theoretical method of quality quantitative evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is designed.According to the characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprises and some advantages of Statistical Process Control(SPC)method,a quantitative scoring method for product batches is provided based on AHP,which can score the quality of batch products,and make enterprise managers understand the quality of products based on their own manufacturing level intuitively The score value provides the data basis and basis for the subsequent production improvement of the enterprise.(2)In this paper,a method of quality fault data discrimination is proposed.The quality data is analyzed from the mathematical point of view.The quality data recorded in the early stage are used as the sample data,and the k-nearest neighbors(KNN)algorithm is used to diagnose the quality data.The quality data analysis and prediction from the data perspective is realized,which can be used to guide the acceptance work in the future quality inspection work.(3)The design and development of quality data analysis system provides refined index scoring,comparison and display functions,which can make the analysis model fully reflect the product quality characteristics,and can also show the actual quality level of the product through the data of the manufacturing process.Through the score comparison function between the system and the historical batch,the enterprise can master the fluctuation of production process level,and the enterprise managers can make decisions through intuitive data comparison.
