| With the rapid development of information technology,an increasing number of enterprises are actively investing in informatization construction,which not only involves software project development but also comprehensive improvements in enterprise management.To accomplish an outstanding software project,enterprises need to invest significant manpower,material resources,and financial resources,and the success or failure of these investments has important implications for the company’s economic returns.Among the factors determining the success of a software project,quality is the most crucial aspect.To ensure the smooth completion of software projects,effective measures must be taken to strengthen quality supervision and control so as to meet the expected standards.CNMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)is a highly effective method for assessing the efficiency,cost,and reliability of software development,effectively guiding the quality management of enterprise projects,improving product quality,reducing production costs,stabilizing project progress,and promoting sustainable development.This paper takes the actual software development project of Z company as the research object.On the basis of comprehensive understanding of domestic and foreign quality management theories,methods and CMMI model,through interviewing relevant personnel of Z Company and reviewing the quality indicators during the implementation of the first phase of the project,the quality problems existing in the project are sorted out,and suitable practice domains in CMMI best practices are screened.A solution for the quality management of software development project of Z Company will be formed and put into practice during the functional construction of the second phase of the project,and the effectiveness of the solution will be verified by the application results of the solution.The implementation results show that the program has a significant effect on improving the quality management level of software projects of Z company,and points out the direction for the continuous improvement of software projects of Z company,so as to gradually improve the quality management system.The paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the research background,domestic and foreign research status on software project quality management and the CMMI model,and the research content and methods;Chapter 2 provides theoretical explanations of software engineering,software quality management,and the CMMI model based on extensive literature;Chapters 3 to 5 respectively comb and analyze the current status of project quality management,propose solutions for problems(centered on tailored and customized CMMI best practice domains,including company-level and project-level countermeasures),and apply the solution in project management practice while comparing its improvement objectives and outcomes;The final chapter summarizes and looks forward,providing suggestions for continuous improvement in subsequent project management. |
