| In today’s experience economy era,offline and online business models are developing rapidly,during which the experiential and participatory aspects of customer consumption are frequently emphasized.In order to maintain a competitive advantage in a fierce competitive environment,offline experience stores need to use digital services to improve user experience and satisfaction.Emerging technologies represented by augmented reality provide more possibilities for digital service design and provide new solutions for improving user experience in offline consumption.First of all,this topic takes 3C digital stores as the entry point to explore the relevant strategies of AR as a business in the service experience level.It clarifies the user-centered design direction of concept practice from three aspects of service planning,store space and interactive interface.At the theoretical level,the marketing industry theories about consumer experience are sorted out,the application status and application characteristics of AR in the retail industry are sorted out,and the case analysis and summary of real digital product stores are carried out,using the experience based on emotional design Analyze the framework and explore the typical characteristics of excellent stores in the industry to provide services.Secondly,it focuses on the feasible presentation forms of information content in the augmented reality environment,and summarizes the online and offline display methods and characteristics of existing digital products by relying on the classification of product information levels,and characterizes the characteristics of the AR interface through emotional cluster analysis.Next,in order to deeply analyze the most real user needs,this paper launched relevant user research,through in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,to mine user ideas and user pain points,relying on relevant methods and tools to analyze the transformation of needs and functions.Finally,at the practical level,this paper uses various design tools such as interface development,graphic drawing,space modeling and material rendering to construct the concept of store service with a scenario-based design idea,and to improve the systematic design project of the entire interactive retail service.Overall,this paper studies the influencing factors of users’ offline consumption,explores the feasible scenarios of AR empowering offline new retail through the way of store service plan planning,and provides new directions and ideas for future-oriented service experience design. |
