Research On The Effect Improvement Of Digital Archives Service From The Perspective Of User Experience

With the development of computer technology and the Internet,and the transformation of government work services to focus on public needs,archives work has paid more and more attention to the public's archive utilization and service needs.Driven by the technical environment and policy environment,the digital archives service platform Constructed a new way of file service and utilization.To better implement the archives development strategy of "people-oriented,service first,and safety first",digital archives services should develop in a demand-oriented and utilization-first direction,and promote the construction of digital archives socialized services.The process of digital archives service is the process of interacting with users.The process of digital archives service determines the experience of users.The quality of user experience is also a reflection of the level of digital archives service capabilities.Therefore,from the perspective of user experience,this article builds a model of influencing factors of digital archives service effectiveness through a summary of the influencing factors of user experience,combined with questionnaire surveys.Through the combing and analysis of the model elements,it is proposed that the digital archive service should be user-oriented,and the internal construction of the service platform should start from the four aspects of content,function,structure,and vision to ensure the credibility of information resources and service functions.The effectiveness of the system,the rationality of the system structure and the predictability of the visual surface,and at the same time,to improve the external environment of archives service,this paper puts forward some measures,such as optimizing search engine and expanding the social influence of archives service through multiple channels,improving service quality,ensuring service efficiency,innovating service means,optimizing service environment and realizing the maximization of archives value.
