With the development of the experience economy,people are paying more and more attention to the consumer experience.In recent years,due to the increasingly fierce competition in the physical retail industry and the gradual disappearance of the online demographic dividend,the offline stores have been closed down,and the growth rate of e-commerce has begun to slow down.The entire retail industry urgently needs new forms to break through the bottleneck period.The new retail model has followed,and many traditional retail and e-commerce giants are rushing to transform and upgrade to the new retail model through technology,data empowerment and online and offline integration.In the rapid development process,the store once regarded technology as an important factor,but according to the data,some consumers'perception of new technology has not caught up with its development speed.By the end of 2017,hundreds of unmanned stores had been closed.Moreover,the exploration of new retail mostly analyzes the practice from the perspective of business model or enterprise management,relies too much on the power of science and technology,pays attention to the speed of renewal,but ignores the cognitive psychology and emotional appeal of current consumers.In this context,it is urgently needed to design.The intervention of thinking.Due to the rapid development and wide range of features of the new retail,this study starts from the background of the new retail development with a design perspective,focusing on the design optimization point of the cash register system,taking the current user experience as the entry point,based on user experience and cognition.Psychology theory,using the service design method,conducts user research on the physical store cash register system,explores the experience of different types of consumers in the new retail cashier stage,and obtains the main problems that affect the user experience of the cash register system,and draws the current problem(Within 1 year)the user experience of the cash register system design principles.On this basis,based on the practice cases of Yonghui Yunchuang,the design principles are used to improve and optimize the cash register system,and finally a set of design schemes suitable for the current user experience and practical implementation can be produced.
